Enhance you Home with Antique Hardware

There is a big misconception that Antique Hardware can only be used in Old Homes, more and more people are choosing nostalgic elements of the Victorian Era to enhance the looks and complete their renovation projects. Nothing WELCOMES you or your guest better than a fully restored antique lock set, or the sound of a Old Victorian Antique or Reproduction Door Bells. 

   If you have a new wood Door that has not been bored you can use an Antique Door Lock set. If your door has already been pre-drill. Do not be discourage there are solutions to help you.  The only thing to do, is to select the lock of yours dreams. That is a matter of taste. I'm a bit eclectic so having different designs through out the house enhances my love for Antique Hardware and adds a conversational piece to all my social gatherings. 

Its getting harder and harder to find complete lock set with all original elements.  If you like to have the same design trough out your home, get Antique hardware for your main doors, with the design of your choice and complete the rest of your renovation with Antique Reproduction some of these are as good as the originals and with some age it will be difficult to tell them apart.
